Once, at Giza on the outskirts of Cairo, a seedy-looking Egyptian with sunglasses & a moustache offered to take me to the top of one of the great pyramids at night;

i would have done that without thinking about it. the words 'yeah alright' would have just fallen out of my mouth by themselves.
not big. or clever. just one of those things.
still, i'd imagine it sounds better than it would've been (if that makes ya feel any better)
