i have always thought that there is something very amusing about a dog with its head out a moving car window (or out the top/side of a moving ute), the wind in it's face, tongue hanging out, and head enthusiastically bent forward towards the oncoming world. in such circumstances they always seem to look so free, invigorated & eager to explore what's around them ... maybe we should do the same? ;-D

A thing which amuses me as well -when you see the driver going aong with a dog on their lap,or the dog is sitting beside them looking straight ahead :) . You have made me think of when I was a kid, going in the car on a country road with head out the window -back in the days when you didn't even care if the wind would mess your hair up. Now I would be like :oh wind the window up, please? -my hair's getting mucked up ;).
